Since the release of his first hit album “That Special Melody” the voice of Shlomo Simcha Sufrin
can be heard continuously on stages throughout the world, and on physical and digital platforms
everywhere.
He is an experienced Ba’al Tefillah (Master of Prayer), having learned the craft from his late
father and Cantor Herschel Gorman, and leading services from his early teens, later taking on
professional positions in synagogues in Montreal and Toronto before transitioning his focus to his
recording and performance
career.
Shlomo Simcha has appeared on numerous collaborative albums together with some of the top
performers in Jewish music today. He developed the smash hit “Aish” albums together with the
talented and world-renowned composer and star Abie Rotenberg. His Nusach series, entitled “Shabbos
with
Shlomo Simcha”, has been flying off shelves across the globe.
Shlomo Simcha’s newest album entitled “Ani Kan” has topped the charts with “Bnei Aliya” and “Ani
Maamin” and has led to a surge in demand for his appearance at synagogues, concerts and simchas
alike.
